1) Thorough Assessment
- Gentle, structured diagnostic interview
- Screening with EPDS/PHQ-9/GAD-7; bipolar screen when indicated
- Review of current meds, pregnancy/lactation goals, and safety plan
2) Personalized Treatment Plan
- Medication managementwhen appropriate (pregnancy/lactation-informed)
- Brief therapeutic supports:behavioral sleep strategies, CBT tools, Interpersonal & Social Rhythm supports
- Care coordination(with your OB/midwife, pediatrician, therapist only with your consent)
3) Ongoing Support & Relapse Prevention
- More frequent visits early on; extended intervals as you stabilize
- Side-effect monitoring and necessary lab coordination
- Early-warning sign checklist and simple daily routines that work in real life
In-Person Appointments
Our in-person clinic offers a calm, private setting for focused, face-to-face care. Visits are by appointment, with discreet check-in, HIPAA-compliant processes, and coordination for labs, referrals, and follow-ups as needed. The office is ADA-accessible, family-friendly, and designed to make you feel safe, respected, and heard from the moment you arrive.
What to Expect at the First Visit
- 60–75 minutes to understand your story, values, and goals
- Clear explanation of findings and a step-by-step plan you can follow
- Written after-visit summary and direct instructions for next steps

- Sleep protection plans (night feeds, help schedules, naps)
- Intrusive-thought response tools (brief, concrete scripts)
