60-75 minutes to understand your story and goals, a two-week starter plan (daily actions + med guidance if used), and a written after-visit summary.

We start with skills and structure; add or adjust medications only if needed-balancing benefits, side effects, and your preferences. If therapy is indicated, we coordinate with your therapist (with consent).
